Distributors on boarding (Partners)

By agreeing to the terms of listing, the undersigned ("the Vendor") hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions governing the listing of products on DexStitches.com:

1. Product Availability
The Vendor guarantees that all listed products will be available for purchase and collection at the specified address within the timeline provided in the listing form. Failure to comply may result in delisting or other remedial actions by DexStitches.

2. Marketing Permissions
The Vendor grants DexStitches a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use product banners, images, and other marketing assets for promotional activities across DexStitches' platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media, and email campaigns.

3. Inventory Synchronization
The Vendor agrees to synchronize its inventory management system with DexStitches in order to maintain accurate stock levels and availability. Any discrepancies or failure to comply may result in delisting or other remedial actions by DexStitches.

4. Customer Support Alignment
The Vendor commits to providing timely and effective customer support in line with DexStitches' customer service standards. The Vendor agrees to respond within 24hrs or earlier to all inquiries and complaints concerning their products, ensuring a smooth shopping experience for customers. 

5. Authenticity Guarantee
The Vendor guarantees that all products listed and sold through DexStitches are 100% authentic and sourced from verifiable, legitimate suppliers. The Vendor assumes full responsibility for any liabilities arising from the sale of inauthentic products, including but not limited to legal claims, customer complaints, and financial losses incurred by DexStitches as a result of misrepresentation or inauthenticity.
